REFLECTION
The project was designed with the purpose of creating an elegant High rise that connected the Downtown of Miami to the Ocean through a connected Cruise Terminal. The high-rise offers amenities to its residents and its visitors. ECO SPINE
Florida is dealing with a crisis known to be Sea level Rise and this is my proposal in efforts to try and repurpose and save some of Downtown Fort Lauderdale along the New River and Las Olas Blvd. In attempt to reduce flooding along the river and into the city I proposed a system of canal and a soft barrier of Mangroves and Salt water marshes to absorb the overflow

Miami's Design District have been evolving into an amazing area for art enthusiasts. The project was is intended to provide young artists with a place to call home and work. Offering Gallery, Studio and residential Space the interactive site offers an entertaining space for both its residents and its visitors. The multi-purpose development creates a new hub for everyone to enjoy
Professional Projects
PROTOTYPE 520
Prototype 520 is about designing with renew-ability and efficiency in mind. The three container home equals 480 sq. ft. with 1 bed, 1 bath, a full kitchen, dining and living room.
The containers renew-ability stems from re-using its structural shell and the potential for prefabrication of the interior. The containers can be arranged in many different way and by reusing these 8' x 20' containers we can build minimal houses that are affordable, efficient, and structurally sound.
GLEIBERMAN RESIDENCE
The Gleiberman residence was an Interior Alteration of an existing residence needing a complete renovation for its new owners. The client wanted to create a open Kitchen and Living room design while enclosing the back patio and transforming it into a Florida room filled with natural sun light.
GLASS BLOWING
The buildings purpose is to house a Glass Blowing Company looking to grow their business in a new and stylish building. The project begins by creating a structure that functions efficiently for the business and provides an appealing face for new clients. By creating a dynamic entrance, playing with windows to creates an artistic face and working with different materials and textures, the building creates an atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.
ST CLEMENT CATHOLIC CHURCH
St Clement is a catholic church in the Tampa area that is looking into the future. The Church and school desired to renovate their main hall, create a new outdoor classroom and redesign their rear parking. This three phase project aims to provide the church and school nicer amenities and functionality for its guests.
PATRICK'S RESIDENCE
This residential project in Boca Raton aimed to give the client the home of his dreams, while performing as functionally as possible to serve as his businesses Headquarters. The design was inspired by the touches of Art Deco and Miami's modern freshness. The 4 bedroom 3 car garage provides the client with everything he needs to live comfortably and functionally. The project evolved as the client gained insight as to what he truly wanted.
