REFLECTION
The project was designed with the purpose of creating an elegant High rise that connected the Downtown of Miami to the Ocean through a connected Cruise Terminal and a Metro mover. The high-rise offers amenities to its residents and its visitors. Offering retail at grade and hotel space till level 30, and residential units till 64, the tower rises into the sky with restaurants, pools, and gyms at its core and its cap.

A project| A Story | An Island
With future sea level rise and an demand for a Miami tourist destination dodge island can become a paradise for its residences and its visitors, offering a diverse set of activities through Sky Scrapers that line the edge of the island and create a marvel to see.
Twisting, Spiraling and Soaring into the sky REFLECTION serves as a beacon for the island, a sharp and elegant building the serves its visitors and its residences, offering amenities that make the tower a small city.
The form was inspired by the potential for vista and the desire to obtain 360 degrees of ocean, downtown, sunsets, and sunrises. No Vista is obscured and its crystal like façade enhances its natural lighting and visibility.
